Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Columbus, OH)

Northwind West Freight Group is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on demand planning for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on proof of delivery that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
