Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Charlotte, NC)

Rivermark Bright Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Charlotte, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on loan applications that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of loan applications. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
