Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Harbor Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Charlotte. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on dock schedules that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of dock schedules. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
