Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Charlotte, NC)

Bright Juniper Farms Group is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on demand planning for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on seasonal crews that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
