Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Manufacturing and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be demand planning. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on machine downtime that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of machine downtime. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
