Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Maple Community Partners is a Buffalo charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on donor records that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
