Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Orchard Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Birmingham. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on seasonal crews that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
