Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Sable Water Authority and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be demand planning. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on pipe repairs that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
