Software Engineer - web applications (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Oak Health is a healthcare provider in Wichita with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on web applications. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about clinic supplies into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
