Software Engineer - web applications (Tulsa, OK)

Lumen Vale Early Learning runs childcare centres in Tulsa caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on web applications. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about enrolment into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
