Software Engineer - web applications (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Maple Financial Group is a financial-services company in Tulsa, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our web applications. You would join a large organisation of about 282 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Turn requests about account servicing into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
