Redstone Forge Transit Planning Partners is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on web applications for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about accessibility audits into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
