Software Engineer - web applications (Spokane, WA)

Summit Beacon Financial Associates is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on web applications for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 903 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about vendor spend into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#.
