Software Engineer - web applications (remote)

Greenridge Lakeside Health is a healthcare provider in Omaha with clinics and support teams, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our web applications. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about clinic supplies into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
