Software Engineer - web applications (remote)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on web applications for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
