Software Engineer - web applications (remote)

Greenridge Bridge Care Services Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on web applications for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
