Software Engineer - web applications (remote)

Northwind Bright Pharma develops and makes medicines in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on web applications. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn requests about cleanroom operations into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
