Software Engineer - web applications (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Health provides primary and specialty care in Richmond, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our web applications. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about electronic records into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
