Software Engineer - web applications (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cross Legal Group and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be web applications. You would join a large organisation of about 760 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about trust accounts into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
