Software Engineer - web applications (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Cross Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Raleigh. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on web applications. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
