Software Engineer - web applications (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Vista Medical Group and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be web applications. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about production lots into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
