Software Engineer - web applications (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Oak Care Services is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on web applications for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Turn requests about licensing into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
