Software Engineer - web applications (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Transit Planning and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be web applications. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about survey data into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
