Software Engineer - web applications (Cincinnati, OH)

Foxglove Granite Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Cincinnati, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our web applications. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn requests about regulatory submissions into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
