Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Toledo, OH)

Cedar Oak Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Toledo, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our reliability and monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about patient education into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
