Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

Cedar Drift Health Group provides primary and specialty care in St. Louis. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on reliability and monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about insurance authorisations into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
