Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Thistle Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Seattle. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on reliability and monitoring. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about complaint handling into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
