Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Savannah, GA)

Greenridge Keystone Energy is an energy provider in Savannah focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our reliability and monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about billing disputes into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
