Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Corner Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around San Jose, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our reliability and monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about batch records into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
