Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (San Jose, CA)

Harborlight Quill Health is a healthcare provider in San Jose with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on reliability and monitoring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about clinic supplies into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
