Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

Rivermark Mill Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in San Antonio with personal care and coordination, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our reliability and monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 411 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about family communication into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
