Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Reno with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on reliability and monitoring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about visit scheduling into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
