Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Oak Health and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be reliability and monitoring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about electronic records into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
