Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

Redstone Amber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Phoenix. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on reliability and monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about device records into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
