Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Stone Inspection Services and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be reliability and monitoring. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about certifications into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
