Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

Silverline Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Philadelphia, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our reliability and monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn requests about cleanroom operations into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
