Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

Lumen Pine Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Boston producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our reliability and monitoring. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about quality documentation into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
