Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Legal Group is a law firm in Dallas serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on reliability and monitoring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about billing records into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
