Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

Silverline Sable Financial Group is a financial-services company in Phoenix. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on reliability and monitoring. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about vendor spend into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
