Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

Westbrook Glen Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Denver. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on reliability and monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about insurance authorisations into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
