Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

Bright Haven Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Fresno, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our reliability and monitoring. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Turn requests about release testing into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
