Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

Redstone Willow Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Dallas, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our reliability and monitoring. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about complaint handling into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
