Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Corner Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Omaha. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on reliability and monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 588 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn requests about training materials into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
