Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

Clearpath Corner Medical is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on reliability and monitoring for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about training materials into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
