Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Raleigh with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on reliability and monitoring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Turn requests about care plans into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
