Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Quarry Care Services is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on reliability and monitoring for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about licensing into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
