Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Omaha, NE)

Nova Quill Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Omaha, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our reliability and monitoring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about patient education into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
