Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Lakeside Health provides primary and specialty care in Omaha. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on reliability and monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about insurance authorisations into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
