Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Memphis with personal care and coordination, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our reliability and monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 904 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about client records into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
