Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Haven Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Madison. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on reliability and monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about cleanroom operations into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
